outpatient rehabilitation, which is offered both as a part of our healthcare
centers and also in freestanding clinics across the country. Fundamental
outpatient therapy services are designed to restore our patients' highest
possible level of functional independence through individualized treatment
plans. Our highly skilled staff is a specialized team of trained caregivers who
work under the medical direction of a physician with experience in clinical
rehabilitation.
Outpatient rehabilitation services are delivered in a functional environment
with state of the art equipment. Exercise and strengthening equipment is
available in an environment that also offers a replication of the home for
functional progression of goals.
Fundamental outpatient rehabilitation centers provide care and services to
